Gift box charge applies to one item only, if you wish to have multiple items gift-wrapped please let us know, it is $3.00 per item. SHIPPING We use Priority Shipping with Delivery Confirmation and a tracking number. It is a flat rate of $5.95 per order within the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii. Arrival estimates are 2-5 working days. International orders will be charged $11.95 for Global Priority Shipping with Delivery Confirmation. Arrival estimates are 6-10 working days. RETURNS Because our items are personalized, we cannot accept any returns. Please make sure you will be satisfied with your item before ordering, and feel free to ask any questions! We are not responsible if you are unhappy with your purchase or decide to change your mind after your order has been processed. If you feel our items were sorely misrepresented in anyway, please contact us. REPAIRS If an item should ever break, fall apart or otherwise not hold up to normal, daily activites, simply return the piece in its original packaging within 90 days of the invoice date with a brief note describing what happened for a free repair. If the piece is beyond repairable, we will exchange it for a new piece or if needed, a replacement piece of equal or greater value. SHOULD I GET 16" OR 18" LENGTH? Our necklaces come with a choice of chain length. If you have a small neck or prefer your necklace to fall close to the collarbone, a 16" length would work best for you. If you have a medium or large neck size or prefer a longer look, select an 18" length. OUR MATERIALS Each jewelry item is handcrafted from the finest supplies available. We do not use plated or base metals in order to eliminate allergic reactions some people experience. Sterling silver is comprised of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper. All of our sterling items are completely sterling, including the chain and clasps. Our gold-filled items are comprised of a thin-layer of 12kt gold over a base metal, and is 1/20 by weight. We use double clad pendants, meaning both the front and back of each pendant is layered with gold. Other retailers may use single clad pendants in order to cut costs, meaning only the front of the pendant is 12kt gold. The layer of gold in gold-filled items will not rub or wear off and can be treated just like gold! We use only gold-filled chains and clasps with all our gold-filled items. Our copper items are real copper, not copper-plated! They are susceptible to tarnishing so please care for them properly. See additional information about this below. JEWELRY CARE INSTRUCTIONS Sterling silver and copper does tarnish when exposed to air, so keeping it in a sealed, air-tight container when not in use will minimize tarnishing. Anti-tarnish strips can be purchased at most department stores and help to retard tarnish when placed in a jewelry box or other container with the jewelry. Using a pre-treated jewelry polishing cloth to buff away tarnish, oils and grime before and/or after wearing each item will help retard the oxidation process and keep your jewelry shining. If you notice an unusual amount of tarnish, a good quality commerical liquid polish and a soft, 100% cotton cloth or gloves will buff it away. Gold-filled items tarnish more slowly than sterling or copper. To clean, use a pre-treated jewelry polishing cloth or liquid cleaner. Make sure it says it is suitable for gold items. When dressing and getting ready to go out, put your jewelry on last to avoid getting cosmetics or hairspray on it. Remove rings and bracelets before doing housework, home repairs or exercising. Protect your jewelry from sharp blows, harsh chemicals, sunlight, and extreme temperatures. After wearing, gently wipe each piece of jewelry with a soft 100% cotton cloth to remove make-up, hairspray, salts, and skin oils. Always use 100% cotton, since paper, polyester, and course fabrics often contain wood fibers or synthetics which may cause fine scratches. WHOLESALE If you own a retail store and are interested in carrying our line of items please contact us for a wholesale price list. CUSTOM ORDERS/WEDDINGS Yes, we do custom orders including those for bridesmaids and wedding parties. Please contact us if you are interested in a particular piece or wish to have something completely original designed just for you! A 50% deposit will be required when the order is submitted so we can order supplies and start production work. Allow 2-3 weeks for custom orders to be completed and shipped.
